The Smith & Wesson J-Frame is a venerable back up pistol, providing a lot of power in a compact size. Available in a number of models and calibers, the .38 special and .357 magnum variants have been both popular and lifesaving. However, until now, many of the holsters for these diminutive pistols have been lacking. […]

Surefire has increased the specs on their XC3 and XC3 Sub lights. Both of the lights now boast the following specs: Lumens: 1,000 Candela: 13,000 These are respectable outputs for these small lights. They measure different things, and understanding the difference matters for a defensive pistol light. Lumens: Total Light Output Lumens measure the total quantity of visible light a source emits in […]
Hebrews 10:24–25 reads: “And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” My Bible reading takes me into Hebrews this week, and […]
The general population is about 10% left-handed. But the Werkz crew is disproportionately left-handed. For many years, we produced left & right hand molds for every pistol & light combination.
