This last weekend in Columbia South Carolina, a purported “online sale” went horribly wrong. It seems two individuals were posing as buyers, but instead were planning to rob their victim instead. Reported facts are thin, but it appears one of the two robbers was spotted before the incident walking through a local backyard with a […]
This is a strange story. Apparently a 17-year-old male was shot while walking his dog in a “safe area” of San Ramon California. Thankfully, the bullet entered his back, exited through his shoulder, and missed all major arteries. The link above has a video of the teen talking with a reporter. He was walking a […]
I’m happy to announce our Black Friday deal this year. It’s a modern camo pattern sublimation print over coyote brown substrate that we’re calling “Palouse Camo.” This pattern is loosely based on ERDL camo designed in the late 1940s, but we’ve put our own spin on it. The colors reflect the golden browns & deep […]
Happy Thanksgiving! I have so much to be thankful for during this 2025 holiday, including those of you reading these words! Psalm 107:1 reads, “O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.” I am thankful, in no particular order, for family, employees, customers, suppliers, community, the Lord’s […]
Matthew 7:17 reads: Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. Jesus’ teaching here is regarding prophets (v15) and inspired speakers. I think the first application should be a pastor. Is the congregation thriving? Are sins addressed? Sure there will be evil actions within a church […]
I’ve been anticipating the CD EPL for some time now. Yes, it feels like years. Because it has been years. Given our position in the industry, I consider it a professional duty to obtain a few samples and test them. So way back in on March 1, 2025, I ordered 3 of them at the […]
Nextorch released their WL15 this week. It boasts 1200 lumens and 44,100 candela in a TLR-1 style form factor. It comes with the normal mounting keys. The light takes either 2x 16340 (rechargeable) or 2x CR123a batteries. It also appears to have TLR-7 style switches. I’ve not handled the light, but imagine it probably looks […]
Francesk Shkambi, manager of Prime 7 in Commerce Township (near Detroit) was killed around 9:30pm on Sunday. He had apparently received a call, went outside, and was shot there by Tonin Pjetri, according to the local sheriff. The shooter left the scene, but turned himself in to a police station approximately 20 minutes later. Sheriff […]
“He’s within his rights to own that firearm and did what he had to do to protect his family and his property there at the store.” This statement according to Madera Police Sgt. Blake Short. Video footage shows a group of 5 men dressed & masked in black waiting until someone exited the jewelry store […]
Romans 11:20-21: Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. The last couple weeks, my reading has encouraged me that the Christian Church is God’s people. Thus, I am […]
