There aren’t a lot of new pistols dropping this summer, so I was surprised when I heard Sig Sauer had a new product that wasn’t just a variant of an existing product.
Sig introduced their P211-GTO today. At $2300 without optic, the pistol has quite a few interesting features, including:
- Steel frame with aluminum grip
- Uses P320 magazines for reliable operation, and includes one 23-round version
- 3d printed compensator, which slightly delays the gas impulse providing a more “linear” feel and what is reportedly some of the best compensation on any pistol
- 3.5 – 4.0 lb linear trigger
- Drop safe operation
