OKC Mother Shoots Intruder
Here is another nighttime incident, this from an Oklahoma City apartment. Apparently a man recently released from prison, John Adame, was sleeping outside apartment doors. The neighbors let him sleep there because “it was cold” and they’ve “had homeless people come sleep here before.” Unfortunately, their kindness didn’t pay off. “Next thing you know, we […]

Burglar Shot at 3am When He Refused to Leave
News reports that a Fort Lauderdale homeowner caught a burglar who had broken into his house. The intruder refused to leave, causing the homeowner to shoot. The suspect was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Details are sketchy. My recommendation is to always have both a pistol (with a light attache) AND a flashlight. […]
Officer Shoots Man with His Own Pistol
This is frightening for any of us who carry while driving. I would consider this a cautionary tale for both LE and for concealed carry citizens. After a traffic stop, a man notifies officers that he is carrying a pistol. Arrington was fully cooperating with all three officers, the body camera footage showed. He had […]
Home Invaders Use Pistol Light
I don’t know why these people had so many cameras in their house, but they did catch footage of a home invader getting into a shootout with a resident of a home in Dearborn Heights MI. Two home invaders are reported. In one segment of security footage, you can clearly see that one of them […]
