Seems like all the micro-compact pistols are getting integral compensators or ported barrels these days. The Canik MC9 Prime is one of the latest with these features, plus an optic-ready slide, flat 90 degree break trigger, integrated magwell, unique slide serrations and an improved grip texture. I also love how this small pistol can take full size Canik magazines.
I recently shot a magazine through this pistol, and here are my thoughts:
Another critical difference in the MC9 Prime is the longer trigger guard. This means that holsters made for the regular MC9 will not fit properly. Thankfully, Werkz has Bisect holsters made specifically for the MC9 Prime. Check them out here: https://werkz.com/b3camc.html
