Primary Arms Optics has unveiled their PLx HTX-1. I find a few things about this interesting, as follows:
- Currently offers 4 different chassis to adapt the optic to RMR A, RMR B, Sig M17/M18, and MOS mounting footprints
- Made in USA
- Enclosed emitter
- Super low mount, allowing cowitness with standard height sights
- Available Vulcan reticle, which may be useful for people getting used to indexing with a red dot. Circle area should not be visible if properly indexed, but if the dot is outside the window, the circle may help the user more quickly bring the dot into view. (image below)
